Virginia teens arrested after making music video

In general, it is important for young people to express themselves and find outlets for their creativity. However, some teenagers may not know where to draw the line when it comes to their artistic endeavors. One group of Virginia teens recently starred in a music video that could get them in a lot of trouble. Juvenile crime can lead to serious long-term consequences, so if a young person is facing criminal charges, it is imperative that they properly defend against those charges.

The kids were featured in a locally produced music video called "Stain Gang." In the video, a few young men were seen with guns and alcohol. The guns in the video are pointed directly at the camera. There is also a silver car spinning out of control featured in the video. Police have said that this car matches the description of a car that was stolen earlier this year and found a couple of days later. However, police have not confirmed that this is the same car.

Officers say that three teens ages 15, 17 and 18, have been arrested so far and are facing various charges. The 15-year-old was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor. The 18-year-old is facing charges of possession of stolen property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 17-year-old is facing a trespassing charge. Officers believe that some of the scenes from the video were shot at the local Boys and Girls Club. The tracks from the silver car were also allegedly still in the grass nearby.

The father of one of the boys said that investigators rummaged through his house for hours searching for evidence. Officers say that more people could be arrested as the investigation continues.

When police search a person's home, the Fourth Amendment requires that they have a search warrant before any evidence can be seized from that home. If police violate a person's rights, then any evidence seized from the home will most likely be excluded from the person's trial.
